Delivery Process in AccessiMart

  1. Order Confirmation: Once a customer places an order on AccessiMart, they should receive an order confirmation email or notification confirming their purchase.
  2. Processing the Order: Our team receives the order details and begins processing it. This involves checking inventory, packaging the items, and preparing them for shipment.
  3. Shipping Label Creation: Once the order is ready to ship, a shipping label is created. This label includes the customer’s shipping address and any other relevant information.
  4. Package Pickup/Drop-off: The packaged order is  picked up by a designated shipping carrier (like Delhivery, Shadowfax, etc.) or dropped off at a shipping location, depending on your chosen shipping method.
  5. Transit: The package is then in transit to the customer’s address. During this time, customers may receive tracking information to monitor the status of their delivery.
  6. Delivery: The package arrives at the customer’s address. Depending on the shipping carrier and service level chosen, the delivery may require a signature or may be left at the doorstep.
  7. Confirmation and Feedback: After delivery, we send a follow-up email to customers asking them to confirm receipt of their order and provide feedback on their experience.
  8. Customer Support: Throughout the process, Our customer support team should be available to assist customers with any questions or issues that may arise, such as package delays or order discrepancies.

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

We know you are worried about your order!! Don’t worry! we’re here to help. Our team is working hard behind the scenes to track down your package and make sure it reaches you as soon as possible. You can also track your order yourself by clicking on Order Tracking option in the Menu. So sit back, relax, and trust that we’re doing everything we can to get your order to your doorstep. What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving them for a refund or exchange.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.
  • The refund will only be made after 4-5 days of receiving the product to the origin.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation
